The Gottman Method

The Relationship Checkup™ is a brief evidence-based intervention that:

identifies your relationship's strengths, weaknesses, and areas of concern
provides useful and specific suggestions to move towards deeper understanding, connection, and practical solutions for potential issues
assists with relationship health in the long run

Length of time: Approximately 12 hours
