"If you can’t fly, then run, if you can’t run, then walk, if you can’t walk, then crawl, but whatever you do, you have to keep moving forward.”

Master's Level Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern
Audriana is a Master’s Level Student Intern. She is stepping into her final semester to complete her degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. Upon graduating in May 2022, Audriana will apply for Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in the state of North Carolina. Audriana has been with Guided Path since the Summer of 2020. Audriana was drawn to the mental health field due to being a naturally empathetic listener and wanting to assist in ending the stigma on mental health care.
Audriana offers her own unique style of counseling by providing empathy, warmth, support, and validation for her clients. Audriana has experience working with clients struggling with anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, depression, women’s issues, and racial identity. She specifically has a strong interest in working with survivors of trauma, members of the military community, and couples- including pre-marital counseling, but loves to see clients from a variety of populations. Audriana is a firm believer that individuals have a right to choose an appropriate fit for a therapist and stresses the importance of establishing a strong therapeutic relationship and trust between the client and counselor.
In her free time, Audriana enjoys playing the guitar, violin, singing, and caring for her plants. She enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with her two dogs. Audriana is passionate about learning and is constantly adding to her repertoire by reading and taking courses on specific therapy interventions and populations.
Seeing a Master’s level Student Intern is a great option for individuals who do not have insurance and are seeking therapy at a lower cost.
